Good question. I'm trying to figure that one out myself. This is where I'll be sharing my attempt to understand myself and the lessons I try to retain.
A Few Facts:
I have Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, and Dissociative Identity Disorder.
I'll be encouraging my "Alters" or "Sides" to communicate here in whatever way they see fit.
I, Abbi, am often very insecure, absent-minded, and sensitive. Behaving noticeably different (tone, mannerism, perception of self, and life, etc.) is often a sign of "Switching."
Speaking in the third person, referring to myself as "We" or "Us" is also a very clear sign.
I will try to keep clear communication at all times, even if I fail to finish what I start.
This is terrifying.
